Fred Lizza
Chief Executive Officer
Fred Lizza is experienced in bringing new technologies to market, driving rapid growth, building sustainable value propositions and competitive advantage. He was previously CEO of Optiant, where he drove the company's positive momentum toward increased market share, industry leadership, and profitability. He was also president and CEO of Avotus Corporation, a software-based telecom expense management provider. Under his leadership, Avotus became a SAAS-based managed service provider and one of the top market leaders in its space. Prior to Avotus, he was president and CEO of Idiom Technologies, Inc., a leading provider of enterprise web globalization software and services to the Global 2000 and e-commerce enterprises, and president and CEO of Infinium (formerly Software 2000), a publicly-held ERP software company that was named as one of Business Week's "Top 100 Hot Companies." Fred received a BS in Accounting at Boston College and an MBA in Marketing at Harvard Business School.


Ho Chin
Chief Financial Officer
Ho Chin is responsible for overseeing Dydacomp's finance & administration and plays an important role in the company's operations and business strategy. Previously, he was the CFO of Conductor. Ho was also the VP of Finance at Azoogle.com, Inc. overseeing all aspects of the company's financials, including M&A. Before Azoogle, he was with DoubleClick where he held a variety of management positions including Director of Corporate Development, managing acquisitions & divestitures and integration of acquisitions. He also held positions with PriceWaterhouseCoopers and AlliedSignal. Chin received a B.S. in Accounting from the Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.


Kevin Loo
Senior Vice President of Product Development
Kevin Loo brings more than twenty-five years of product innovation successes and software development. He is focused on enhancing the company’s multichannel software solutions to dramatically improve ecommerce business operations and efficiency while also developing Dydacomp’s long term cloud strategy. Prior to joining Dydacomp, Kevin was most recently the VP of Technology and Product Development at Cybershift, specializing in providing organizations of all sizes with Cloud-based business solutions. He also brings a wealth of experience to Dydacomp by way of leadership assignments at companies including Sanofi-Aventis, Intelisys, Ernst & Young, AICPA and Hertz Corporation. Kevin received a B.S. in Engineering Science from the City University of New York and a M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of New York University.


Rob Coon
Senior Vice President of Marketing and Business Development
Rob Coon has held numerous management positions at Dydacomp including V/P of Sales & Marketing and President. Over the last two decades he has worked with Dydacomp management, its staff and its customers to bring affordable, full-featured, order management and ecommerce solutions to small online & cross channel merchants. Rob’s experience and guidance has been vital to numerous Dydacomp innovations and advancements including its first SQL-based M.O.M. order management solution, integrated payment processing services, SiteLINK ecommerce as well as the company’s strategic alliances with partners and investors.


Rick Bednarik
Vice President of Technology
Rick Bednarik is Vice President of Technology, managing the Product Development and Quality Assurance teams. Rick joined Dydacomp as senior developer in 1994 and was instrumental in transitioning Multichannel Order Manager from a DOS platform to a Windows platform. His focus then turned to ecommerce and he led the team in creating the first version of SiteLINK. Over the last seventeen years Rick’s experience has been vital to the continuous improvement of the M.O.M. and SiteLINK product lines. Prior to joining Dydacomp, Rick worked as a Market Manager for five years with AT&T.


Mike Nardini
Vice President of Customer Satisfaction
Michael Nardini is Vice President of Customer Satisfaction, managing Technical Support, New System Implementation, and Payment Processing. Mike started with Dydacomp in 2001 and for seven years has assisted clients with setting up Gateway and Merchant accounts. With his guidance as the VP, Mike has put in place numerous changes including tiered support, Ticket tracking software, and project management software to track custom requests and new system installations. Prior to Dydacomp, Mike had five years experience in finance/technical support roles at the Bank of New York and Dendrite (Cegedim).
